Directions.
Take ½ teaspoon of clay Hydrate (see below) in 8 oz. of purified water.

Clay Hydrate.
To make clay hydrate, mix a 1: 10 mixture of clay powder to purified water. Mix 1 tablespoon of dry clay powder for every 10 tablespons of water in a glass container (not plastic). Or fill any glass container with 9/10 water, then add 1/10 clay powder and stir thouroughly. Be sure to cap the container tightly. Let it sin overnight before use. The clay Hydrate will develop a thick, creamy texture. The clay hydrate may be stored in a glass container indefinitely – Just use when needed. Keep tightly capped.
